Legal Notice
All persons be advised that the roads listed within The Town of Roseboom that are posted Seasonal Access Only, No Maintenance from December 1st through May 1st.
PIER HILL ROAD, LAFLEUFE ROAD, KIRSHMAN HILL ROAD, ADAIR ROAD, JOE CHAMBERLAIN ROAD, WES BROWN ROAD, BOB RICH ROAD, BUTTERMILK HILL ROAD, EDWARDS ROAD, HOOSE ROAD, and MOSSE ROAD.
All roads listed above have sections with no maintenance for the winter months. For detailed description and location contact the Highway Superintendent.
ROAD CLOSED: A 1/10th of a mile section of Doc Ahlers Rd., starting 1/10th of a mile from the intersection of Doc Ahlers Rd and Morton Rd heading North, is closed Dec 1st - May 1st.
ROAD CLOSED: Thompson Hill Rd, from the intersection of State Hwy 165 to the first residence on the road., is closed Dec 1st - May 1st.

MAILBOX, FENCE & LANDSCAPE REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT- It is the goal of the Town of Roseboom’s Highway Department to keep the town roads/highways in a passable condition during the winter months. Any obstructions located in the Town of Roseboom’s right-of-way may hinder the ability of snow removal and storage. In an attempt to clear roads, the drivers try to be careful not to damage any obstruction in the right-of-way, however, that is not always possible. Any damage to mail boxes, fences or landscaping caused when the highway department is maintaining the roads during winter months, will not be repaired or replaced by the Town. Repairs/replacements will be at the owner’s expense.
VEHICLES PARKED IN THE TOWN’S RIGHT-OF-WAY- Vehicles parked on the town’s right-of-way are a hindrance when clearing/maintaining roads in the winter. Attempts will be made to contract the owner regarding vehicle removal. If the highway department is unable to reach the owner, the vehicle(s) will be towed at the owner’s expense.
